Key Responsibilities

• Lead design concept development, spatial planning, and material selection for premium villas, luxury apartments, and commercial projects.
• Create detailed 2D layouts, photorealistic 3D renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max), and technical drawing packages (carpentry, electrical, ceiling, plumbing).
• Present design concepts directly to high-profile clients, building strong rapport and interpreting their functional and aesthetic desires.
• Mentor and guide junior interior designers, supervising their work and ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and creative excellence.
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors and contractors to ensure execution matches approved designs perfectly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in luxury residential and commercial interior design.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, or similar design software.
• Strong practical knowledge of materials, finishes, custom furniture, modular kitchen systems, and lighting design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site execution of luxury interior and construction projects. You will be the bridge between design, craftsmanship, and completion, ensuring all work is executed with impeccable quality, on time, and within safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of on-site contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and laborers.
• Carefully read and interpret interior 2D drawings, construction plans, and MEP drawings, ensuring flawless execution on-site.
• Monitor material deliveries, perform quality checks on incoming goods, and prevent wastage or damage of luxury finishes.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges on-site, coordinating with the design team for quick clarifications.
• Maintain daily progress reports, update project timelines, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized site environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Execution Engineer, or Project Coordinator in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical trade experience.
• Deep understanding of structural work, finishing works (plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling), and customized woodworking/carpentry.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and solve problems effectively under pressure.
• Conversant in Hindi and basic English; familiarity with Gwalior construction market vendors is a major plus.
